Medullar's federated search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) engine already lets your team pull answers from Google Drive, SharePoint, Slack, and over 60 other tools in place. Our new API exposes that same power, so any trigger can:

• create_space – Launch a fresh Space for a new lead, project, or campaign.
• add_record – Drop in documents, call transcripts, specs, or tickets the moment they're created.
• ask_space – Send a natural‑language question and receive an instant, source-grounded answer.

All traffic is encrypted end-to-end, and only the knowledge you choose is surfaced.

• Lead captured: A prospect browses your site and submits a form. Activepieces pushes their details—and the pages they viewed—into a "Lead Intake" Space.
• Email drafted in context: A "Product Knowledge Base" Space holds docs, FAQs, and use cases. The automation calls ask_space to draft a reply that:
